Parking
Gateway Village parking lots and lanes are free, shown in green on the map below. You are welcome to park in any of these spaces for the full day. To be good neighbors, please refrain from parking directly in front of another business’ entrance.
On particularly busy days, there are thousands of additional parking spaces available at the Dino Lots across Colfax.
The Avalanche Harley Davidson parking lot (north of Connects), the Aurum parking lot (west of Connects), and the Origin Hotel parking lot (south of Connects) are not public parking lots. Do not park in these private lots.
Free 2 Hour Parking
There are first-come, first-served, two-hour spaces on the east side of the building, shown in red on the map below. This is a good option if you have a guest joining you for a short conference room booking or lunch. Please do not park in these spaces for longer than 2 hours.
Parking Permit Tags
There are a limited number of parking permit tags for Private Office and Reserved Desk members. These tags allow you to park in the Aurum back parking lot (east side of the building).
Tag must be visible through front windshield. You may park in uncovered spaces; these tags do not allow parking in the covered carport spaces. Lost parking tags incur a $50 replacement fee from Aurum.
